Inspiria’s President & CEO Ronnie Ram attended the unveiling of Meriwood at Camp Morty in Westchester hosted by the Westchester Parks Foundation. The WPF is a non-profit organization whose only goal is to keep the parks beautiful, open and accessible to those who need them. This event allowed attendees to view the newly renovated facilities and get a taste of what kids experience at Merriwood and Camp Morty.

Merriwood was opened in 2023 and is an addition to Camp Morty that is specifically designed for teens. This program offers the summer camp feeling while allowing teens to attend workshops to help in their development and prepare them for the future. Camp Morty offers experiences to children in foster care or children residing in underserved communities an outdoor experience to aid in personal development and the opportunity to learn skills to use in their futures.
