As CEO and Founder, Ronnie Ram is responsible for the overall strategy and sales of Inspiria Outdoor. His focus is on helping develop an excellent team and on helping their clients and agency partners succeed.
Ram, a seasoned entrepreneur, has extensive experience in the coaching of individuals and teams, and served as a corporate consultant for Dale Carnegie Training, a worldwide leader in performance-based training. In 2004, he was instrumental in establishing a business brokerage firm in New York City, one of the top companies in the northeast that specializes in the brokerage of small businesses. Ram achieved this after a mere 18 months as vice president of sales and training for its parent company. Ram holds a master’s degree in speech and interpersonal communication from New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Ram, an avid triathlete, is heavily involved in philanthropic work. He was named co-chair of the Board of Trustees of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Connecticut Westchester Hudson Valley Chapter in 2018 and currently sits as an active Board Member. As such, he is a leader among the volunteer board managing a multi million dollar chapter budget. In doing so, he is tasked with helping the organization increase exposure through partnerships and fundraising with the end goal of finding a cure for cancer and improving the lives of patients and their families. He has served on several other committees for LLS and has participated in many charitable events throughout the country. In 2010, Ram was a recipient of the “40 Under 40″ Rising Stars Award from the Business Council of Westchester and currently serves on their Leadership Committee, the Rising Stars Selection Committee and is currently the co-chair of their annual Westchester Business Expo.
